Commentary for I Chronicles 21:27
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ לַמַּלְאָ֔ךְ וַיָּ֥שֶׁב חַרְבּ֖וֹ אֶל־נְדָנָֽהּ׃
And the LORD commanded the angel; and he put up his sword back into the sheath thereof.
Rashi on I Chronicles
And the Lord commanded the angel to return his sword, and the sword was returned to its sheath. Similar to this is (Jonah 2:11): “And the Lord said to the fish, and it spewed Jonah, etc.”
